Hmm... I just signed up on their website this morning after Googling cosmetics info (I work in a cosmetics outlet store). I didn't have a chance to look around... are there options to make "customer complaints" to suggest they update their website daily? I'd like to order from there but not if there's a good chance of being charged for an out-of-stock item. :S

The eye makeup remover pads are EVIL! HORRIBLE! I hate them so much, haha! They sting really bad... and they're way too saturated so if you apply any pressure to them the liquid/remover leaks into your eyes and ahhh... I just hate them, haha!
The only Elf I really ever use is the eyeshadow brush: I love those brushes! They don't shed and the shape of them is really great, kind of like a paddle... I love them!

i love this product but you are right i got most of the stuff you did but the shipping takes so long i ordered mine last month and it took 2 and a half weeks to get here but love the make up

yeah the shipping improved. I got my order in a little over a week, took em 5 days to process it and 4 days to get here to CA from NJ. I placed another order, and it was processed within 3 days. :)

ELF cosmetics is actually advertising they are Nordstrom Department Store and claims to be selling for $1 because it's chaning their name.
NOT TRUE....Don't fall for this. If you want cheap prices for okay makeup then go for it. However, shipping is expensive and taks forever.

There was a lot of crap going on with China over the summer. The whole thing with the dog food and then quite a few others...some of their products were being contaminated.

you are so funny! ty for the review i just bought some things from e.l.f and the website looks really nice! I like their new studio line. For $1 i think its the best bang for the buck. I'm excited and can't wait till i get it ! and i got a premade eyekit in basic brown for only $5 that i'm going to give to my cousin .. XD!!!! shipping is only $6 !! it's great

I did contact customer service and they sent me out a new product and/or credited my money. This was a long time ago though and from what I hear their customer service has really improved so I wouldn't worry about it too much. I haven't ordered from them in a while. Don't really know of any other places where make up is cheap, sorry.
