Radiation Sickness is no joke. Its is a slow painful way to die. I worked for a company long ago where a friend and I where exposed to 200 rem. of radiation. Thats a life time worth in one dose. My friend was lucky, He died two days later and as for me I still get sores,they do heal but very slowly. I can never have kids because they Will have birth defects and I was told they may or may not get cancer. I am proof of what Radiation can do to the human body

research on Nagasaki and Hiroshima survivors show that from 91 000 survivors 6270 died of cancer. normal cancer rate would be about 6039 people out on 91 000. So radiation effects from the bombs counted for 231 extra cases (= 0,25% of pop.) of deadly cancer.
