Players featured: Dustin Brown, Chris Loness, Tommy Bruce, Greg Thompson, Robby Carroll, and Adam Clarke.
Clip One
30 - DUSTIN BROWN
Brown puts up a brick wall
in the first round against the Whalers.
Clip Two
10 - CHRIS LONESS
22 - TOMMY BRUCE
Bruce freezes time,
Loness spins and finishes
to tie the game 3-3.
Clip Three
13 - ROBBY CARROLL
47 - ADAM CLARKE
Bruce drops it to Clarke,
Carroll tips it in.
It was the start of a five-goal Snipers rally.

14 - GREG THOMPSON
The humble megastar
steps up when it matters,
as usual.
Snipers lead for good.
Clip Five
Clarke plays tough D,
then Bruce gives the Snipers
a two-goal lead
with a spectacular rush
and backhand goal.

ive played ice since i was 4 years old all the way up to prep school and then started playing roller when i was 19 and now love roller just because of how fast and open it is.. the only thing is a real pro league hasnt been able to make it big since the RHI ... PIHA just doesnt have the talent nor the popularity

Wow a lot of people are stupid on here. I play roller and ice and there is NO contact at all in the ice league, not even accidental. While my roller league is basically full contact. Granted I play at a higher level in roller than ice, but even the top recreational ice leagues are non-contact.

the players may not skate faster
but the lack of offsides and such rules make faster transitions which cause the gameplay to be quicker

ice and inline are somewhat different yet somewhat the same too. as a goalie inline is actually a harder sport to play (i play both). and hockey isnt all about checking, look at nick lidstrom, arguably the greatest defenseman in the NHL, and he doesn't go around railing people. so no, roller isnt fag hockey or shit like that, its just different.

ice is a lot harder u tard, i play ice for my varsity team, roller u cant check, and u go a lot faster on ice. and ice hurts a lot more than the roller surface. i like roller but ice is a more physical and more tactical version of hockey

well, ice only hurts more if you're playing roller on sport court (those tiles that are plastic and rubber) if you play outdoor roller hockey, which is on concrete, falling on that hurts a lot more than falling on ice (only because you slide on ice and when you fall on concrete you just stop)
