You're absolutely right. Good for you not involking color into your decisions. Reverse racism is very real. Martin Luther King talked about not judging on skin color but the content of someone's character. He's a black leader. Yet some of those who follow him distort his message, reinterpret it, or whatever you wanna call it. I think the best way to help black people be even more successful is to bring this stuff to the surface and be frank about the reality. Racism goes both ways, not one.
