KY stands for the Japanese words "Kuuki Yome" which is to understand the situation or atmosphere.
As to the part just before Luigi with bowser/peach. It's a reference to Super Paper Mario. The guy behind Peach is Count Bleck. In the game he tries to get the two to marry and carry out the "Evil Prophecy"
