Obama: 2000-2004: Earned $200,000-$300,000/yr -- donated LESS THAN 1%. When income rose to $4.2M in 2007, went up to 5% (Is giving to Wright's church "charitable"?)
Biden: 2007: $995 (0.3%). Over past 10 years, Biden gave $3,690 (0.1%).
