Wtf are you talking about? "Emo" was always "mainstream", in the sense that a massive proportion of people have liked it. And I'm afraid you're wrong, Weezer are in no way Emo, They're just a really good Pop Rock band, Which is no insult, considering the Beatles were Pop rock, and no one complains about them do they?
