just because the pick up isn't visable on the outside doesn't mean it isn't there
the pick up on the outside was probably there so it could pick up the sound in the right way to manipulatite into a wah-wah noice, but its still has the echo and steel ruggedness of an acoustic in the back round
i think all 3 of his Abbey Road tracks are better than the CD recordings.
