| i live in Portland, OR and we haven't had snow and ice like that for decades! When it's just snow on the roads, those hills aren't really a problem, but when theres ice under the snow, people under-estimate it. |

| That's why when you live in a place like that your suppose to carry tire chains in your car/truck and know how to put them on. It's a law that when I came out there in the winter in my big rig I had to carry chains or I would get a ticket if I was checked. And the Big truck tire chains cost me $369.85 but a wreck would have been more. |
