Just out of curiosity... what is a "muslim city" lmao i think the Middle East and "Muslim World" are getting synonymous with each other... I guess you could be referring to countries with majority Muslim populations or something... Its just kinda like saying "Christian cities" or "Buddhist cities"
and to brother naiyyer... she is dressed conservatively, and behaving modestly, which is what is stated in Quaran... I think its up to Allah to judge her, not us.

games based on chance are haram, its like playing monopoly or with cards and you guys make up a game that deals with haram and with islam istarfiullah, you might learn about the religion while playing it but youre doing haram in same time thats just bad!! just because something is drawn randomly it doesnt mean its haram. The Prophet Yunus(A) when he was on the ship they drew lots. That is random. So I don't think its haram since a prophet had done it. Plus, this is for Islamic knowledge and education not for gambling purposes so in my opinion I don't think it is haram brother. Salaam :]
