HIS Hightech Radeon HD 4850(OC to 685/2200),
Western Digital 500 Gig 7200 RPM Hard Drive,
Cooler Master 650 Watt Power Supply,
Cooler Master Chassis CM 690 Case,
Can this rig run games like Oblivion,Assasins Creed,Bioshock,etc smoothly,no lags with 1680*1050 Resolution,everything maxed and 8XAA,16XAF???

in a nutshell
overclocking - making the cpu or whatever you want to overclock run faster than the product was originally designed to run at.
dual core - CPU that can do 2X more processing than a single core..
