You might have gotten the horse weapon item.
Unlocking a Kibapon, you have to find a scroll with a horse's head on it. Hope it Helps.

I had that problem just press select and go to m33 driver then set it to sony ns6 then exit and it should play.

this game is great! I was one of ther first to get it and i havent got sleep in the past few months. It payed off as in I now have full divine weapons and patapons are at full strength
Didn't beat all the bosses to "*" yet though. I do however posses the power to takedown gorl in less than 2 minutes(Very quick for that level!)BTW is there a jet skier in the background???

Not quite, It gives you like 3 or 4 "Songs" and you have to choose whether to use The to March forwards, Retreat, or Attack...
Gameplay is sorted in the formation of You play, They Sing, You Play, They Sing. it goes on like this until your patapon die, or they pass the goal line/objective. I played the demo to this game and i found it awesome.
