what are you basing that on, the strategy behind her policies, or her charming personality? I'm a huge fan of history and I know a thing or two about global economics, so from my perspective it looks like your rooking for the baseball player in a science competition.

i think that Sarah Palin is an unique woman who really can care about the US, i also am a huge fan of history and I think that sarah palin could lead the US into a great era!
I think that althoough bush's gov didn't help the economic situation but i think the republicans under sarah palin should have the right to help fix it!

Unique women? maybe a unique political figure.
I was hoping for a more precise or insightful answer. I get these indeterminate statements about Sarah Palin very often from her fans. 'I think' her charm is shallow in its convictions. I haven't so far heard anyone speak intelligently on her behave. That is, on the prospect of her being president.
I still want to understand what makes her so attractive.

By unique I meant she has a charismatic under-dog like personality, in which many people can relate to.
-She is a person from a modest background(representing a large majority fo people),
-she has a disabled child (which could give disabled people a larger voice on political stages)
-she understands the issues and can coherently give answers to questions
-she can debate and stand up for her views on controversal issues like Homosexuals and Abortion
The list goes on...

Yes, Edr, I feel the swame way. To whom does she appeal, or connect? Certainly not to women of colour (speaking in general, not talking abt C. Rice), nor to any other women I know. Working moms? Seems that would be hard to do, when you leave special needs infant to further a career. Wealthy women? Women like Liz Hasselbeck seem impressed, yet Cindy McCain looked not very pleased. Christian? I am Christian, but would never vote for someone who thinks God = political party.
