My guess is that you tried to spin the cylinder of the gun and thus destroyed the revolving mechanism. It's an easy thing to do if you haven't got a clue. But unfortunatley there is no way to repair it as far as i know.

are you sure you had the cylinder perfectly align with the gun? Did you try rotating the cylinder manually and try to see if it might fix it? Otherwise the mechanism is just broken and i don't think you can get that fix easily.

i have the 9.5" barrel version of this gun.. its so cool. ive had no probs with it yet, though ive heard of the action sticking, the solution was simply to put some silicon lubricant in it and then it works just fine.
