Italy was the best team of Germany 2006: apart from penalties, we only got one goal (vs USA) and it was an own goal.
In the final, France didnt score one single goal if not on penalty. Italy scored twice: Materazzi (after a corner) and Toni, even tough his goal was annulled, due to a one-millimetre off-side.
France played well but, as they didnt score, it simply means that the Italian defence played better. Soon I'll let you know who is the cheater. Bye.
