both cars have similar horsepower, but the slr has almost 100 more lbs of torque. That's why it pulls from the 599.
The 599 is still badass though...

yeah lol its the same as the enzo, like a 6.5 litre v12 (best ferrari engine ever lol) but it was too high to fit into the 599s engine bay- it was mid mounted on the enzo, but since the 599 is a gt, there had to be some adjustments made. and lol the 599 is like 4000 lbs, and the enzo is all carbon fiber

This is the only good Ferrari, appart from the 599 they are buttugly and not impressive. The SLR is (way) overpriced and seriously ugly. But i guess you're a Mercedes fanboy, so you will most likley not will not be able to view anything from a sensable point of view.
If i had to buy one of these two it'd an easy decision.

oh lol i assumed that with 600 or so hp, comes 600 or so torques. but still, the sl65 is insane! when brabus tuned it, they managed to get like 900 or so torques out. thats just plain stupid
