He was a dictator but he was not a terrorist. There is a difference. George accused him of terrorism, but provided that George can barely read it is safe to say that he does not know the difference between the two terms. Besides, U.S. supported his dictatorship for quite a while and even provided the weapons he gladly used on Kurds. So why not try U.S. officials for supporting a terrorist? Why not consider US a terrorist sponsoring nation?
