remember, the SEALs are an elite squad of the NAVY, so obviously you're gonna spend some time in the water.
8:50 swim
64 pushups
94 situps
12 pullups
9:12 run
i suck mainly at pushups because i'm pretty skinny (5'10 140) but i'm working hard at it to get better. my first pst i only did 37 pushups lol. don't leave till june 25th for swcc!!! can't wait!
Secondly, for the PST you have to swim five hundred meters, not two kilometers.
Thirdly, no since you said "ask anyone here" you don't have to swim two kilometers to be a SEAL. Eventually in BUD/s, yes, but prior, no.
Get it right.
xiaolin,
Yes, the combat side-stroke is faster, more efficient, smoother, quieter.. If attacked it can help in allowing for a faster dive among other things.
