In effort to further condition the public to police state, low paid Homeland Security employees subjected random cars to searches prior to entering the ferry on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Alex Jones was himself illegally searched, and witnessed many others being searched for no reason whatsoever...
Does anybody still remember the 4th amendment of the Constitution?

Silly man, these are NOT DHS agents, there uniforms are different, this is a private company hired by the DOT TEXAS. And by virtue of you taking the ferry you are consenting to a vehicle search. Its people like you who will never be satisfied with anything they are not searching enough people, they're searching too many people. If a bomb goes off, they didn't search enough people, because they inconvenienced you by searching you, they searched too many people. Whatever...............

I believe if they decide to search vehicles before they board the ferry, they should do it to every single vehicle that boards the ferry rather than doing it selectively.

At least one good thing about the airport vs this is at the airport, every single passenger gets screened at security checkpoint before entering the concourse to board their flight. This should be done the exact same way as airport security.

Yes, I think searches like these are unconstitutional... but principle aside, if you cooperate, you should have nothing to worry about! I think in one way or another, peoples constitutional rights will never be completely protected, because there will always be a "need for the current welfare of the country" that the constitution will get in the way of.
