In effort to further condition the public to police state, low paid Homeland Security employees subjected random cars to searches prior to entering the ferry on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Alex Jones was himself illegally searched, and witnessed many others being searched for no reason whatsoever...
Does anybody still remember the 4th amendment of the Constitution?

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
We aint free and we don't care, and we darn sure aren't brave. Let's take a leaf out of louis12346's book and invoke the Fourth Amendment, like real Americans!

Yes, I think searches like these are unconstitutional... but principle aside, if you cooperate, you should have nothing to worry about! I think in one way or another, peoples constitutional rights will never be completely protected, because there will always be a "need for the current welfare of the country" that the constitution will get in the way of.
