UIL was in Duncanville,TX & Nimitz band/school is in Irving, TX - I was in flag corp there '89-'92 and loved every minute of being out on that field with the band! Go VIKINGS! We always placed 2nd alternate in UIL every year when I was there.

Wrong Nimitz, dude. This one is in Irving, outside of Dallas. I went there too, was in the band back in the day. We sure as hell didn't have any clarinet solos. Too cool! We were good, but they are way better now. Really nice show.

yeah 2006 was a really really rough year for us. It went seriously downhill unfortunately. This was a great show though. Most definitely my favorite.

ok- there is a nimitz high school both in Irving, texas, and in Houston texas. I, being a current student- and a tuba player for this show (my freshman year) should know, and would like to straighten out that this Nimitz High school in in IRVING. not houston.
