I bet I can make a japanese comic. It's easy. Just draw a fucker with big ass eyes and the body of a female and I got my main character. Then have the typical "Guy with a big heart and appetite, but really strong and funny", or "Angsty teenager who can't stand people but have friends andway. so the basis for your 'japan drawing sucks' is a war that happened many years ago (to which we bombed them too or maybe you missed that part at your 1st grade remedial lessons) and they have small genitals (which the only reason you would say that is because you feel inadiquet with the size of your own so you have to try laugh at another race to make yourself feel better)
