This transcends music and sports. At the end, he yells "That's power!" (not into the mic, but you can read his lips quite easily) while holding his jacket open... Simply amazing. That moment is one of the most awesome things I've ever experienced. I will never forget how this 11 minutes felt.

I couldn't tell you who played in the 2002 Super Bowl but I will never forget U2's performance. Especially WTTHNN when Bono reveals the US flag at the end. Inspiring.

I think this was the moment that marked our healing as a nation. Everyone I know still speaks of how knocked over they were by the power of this moment...

Nobody cares!! What we care about is that in that moment we came together as a nation who had been struck the most traumatic blow in our history. It doesn't matter at all that the Patriots won what mattered was the healing. If the rams had won that year for the entire country this would still be a memorable moment. It was the message that this concert gave to the people and that was unity and healing. Forget the meaningless rivalry between sports teams it has no relevance here.
