This is part of a project I am working on for my end of year assessment in college. I searched for hours trying to find a suitable portrait for this experiment. I wanted a female, front facing, eye contact, little or no hard shadows on the face and that was representative of the norm.
I have increased the speed of the recording to give you an insight into what can go into post production. I have purposely went to 'extremes' on this portrait to show what is done to make the face ready for print.
The woman is not who she was.

this is horrible. her philtrum was way to big in the beginning and you made it worse. her nose looks like micheal jackson and it is just bad. maybe you should do more research on every detail on the face that makes it attractive, before you go on youtube trying to prove that you have some photoshop skill when you don't. i feel bad for the person who has this picture because you obviously ruined it.

Agreed. The blusher effects at the end just look silly, too. Okay, she loses a few wrinkles and creases that gave her face a bit of character, but this isn't a really radical photoshopping of the sort that might be done on a picture of a fading actress or raddled rock star to make her look flawless. A slicker and more aggressive makeover would have made the point much clearer.
