Putin's intention last year was to throw Saakashvili out of his chair. Clearly his intentions failed.. We won the war strategically. If Putin is still willing to throw out Saakashvili, he'll have to do it as soon as possible. But my feeling is that Russia can never do it. Putin succeed in Chechnya but he'll never succeed in Georgia as he forgets one thing - we are not CHECHNYA!!!
