Good job! Very funny and accurate. Just a answer to a couple of the old comments: Being overweight while you are eating right and train is not ugly. We look different, and people that look healthy like Joy are beautiful (I'm talking about outside beauty). But having a population where 60 million people are obese is a bit scary and definitely not healthy... Something need to happen to our lifestyle, or we are going to be the first generation who dies at an earlier age than our parents!

I cannot follow your logic, please indulge me if you will. If people have sleep disorders they require medical help, as with issues regarding all others that you stated becouse they are all requirements to live like you stated such as breathing.
If someone had breathing issues should we turn a blind eye? Is it not my duty to help in any way?
However unlike breathing and sleeping we can choose WHAT and WHEN we eat/drink. It is a compulsion that can be contolled, don;t hide it with humour.

I went on a doctor monitored 1,200 calories diet for three months; and never cheated once. I lost three pounds. Total. I recetly (age 38) got diagnosed with a rare thyroid condition, and since on meds, can finally lose weight normally (on low carb diet, I lose 1-2 pounds a week without trying).

Then I get sick of the no carbs, and when I am off it, I idle...but it's important to check your thyroid, cuz it can massively mess you up. FTR, I was generally checked for it since I was 18, and it still took 20 years for them to do a special test that found it.

You're wrong. We can also control WHAT and WHEN we breathe, and WHEN we sleep (although since sleeping is an intransitive verb, you're correct, it's impossible to control WHAT we sleep). But only to a certain point.
Here's the point, dimwit: EATING IS A REQUIREMENT TO LIVE, TOO. Get it? And NO, that does not mean eating 1200 calories a day, living in starvation mode. It means eating to THRIVE. You can survive on one hour of sleep a night, but you will not thrive.
Wake up!
