experience does not matter. this is obvious because according to bush supporters 5 yrs as governor trumps anything else because of "executive experience" so you will say that palin has more experience because she was governor. but at the same time you will admit she has more experience than biden, obama, and mccain because they were all senators. bush's "experience" was obviously crap.
