i live near here and my fellow oregonians are fuckin RETARDED!!!! i snows almost every year and people somehow manage to freak out and forget how to drive on snow. (mostly women) I can get my front wheel drive honda civic up my uber-steep driveway every time with bald ass all season tires. BTW most of my driveway is just as steep as that hill. FUCKING MORONS DONT BELONG ON THE ROAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's funny! And I'm a Californian. Fortuneately I know how to drive in the Mountains when there's snow and Ice. It isn't easy but it sure helps to have chains.

i would say that's Portland, Oregon.
Because, when there is that much snow on the roads [which they plow a lot] here in Portland, Maine, people are still out driving a lot and walking, the whole city doesn't shut down due to a few inches of snow!

I grew up in the north so I learned how to drive in the snow. But I would go much, much less than the speed limit and I kept it safe. But I'd see ignorant, yuppee soccer mom's blazing past me doing 10 over the speed limit because they think just because their Ford Escape has 4 wheel drive, that they'll be OK. Needless to say, a few miles ahead I'd see every one of these Starbucks sipping, Cosmo reading idiots turned upside down in a ditch (no injuries luckily).
