Yes, i´m playing Kyle Katarn in Dark Forces (1995), the prequel to Jedi Knight.
I´ve chosen the second mission, it´s a little dark because of the missing electricity. I seriously hope Youtube won´t fuck up the quality this time ...
Fun fact: This game got indexed in Germany because they saw it as a Doom clone in 1995 ... this is just pathetic... LucasArts even fully translated the game with speech and it got removed from Germany for no real reason... (ZOMG KILLING STORMTROOPERS LOLOLOLOL). By the way, look how ugly Kyle is, hahaha, oh my god ... i can´t laugh about that.

Hi there my names robert and i have Dell PPL Notebook computer with windows 98. It pays this game with sound effects but no music can tell what i can do to get music i have done many sound checks but still no music any suggestions. The Tie Fighter and X-wing games have the same issue sound effects no music

i remeber about 7 years ago i found this game among some other dos games. i always knew they were there, this one among hexen quake doom etc... but this one was new and i played it and couldnt stop lol. but now that i have win. XP i cant play it <:'( so ima make a dual operating system with BOTH!

Just download DosBox and a program called DOG. You can get it to run using both of these programs. I tried it and it worked just fine. Same with Star Trek 25th Anniversary and Judgment Rites--the CD Versions.

I really hope they'll make a new Star Wars game with just shooting. Or at least have main focus on it. It was great, great fun. But they'll probably not, since they have the technology to make lightsabers and force powers now. And I remember when it first came out, we all wanted the lightsabers. But still, I want another one like this.

No problem. I was able to play a LOT of my old DOS games this way. DOG is the program you really want to because it's like an interface for DOSBox so you don't have to put in all the lines of commands, DOG does it for you. Makes it really simple. However, with Dark Forces, you may want to speed up the CPU cyles on DOSBox, otherwise it will run really sluggish. Same with quite a few other games.
