I have been an interpreter (ASL/English/Spanish) for 18 years.... I have to admit I normally am filled with dread when I am faced with interpreters doing music... It's frankly usually awful and extremely hearing culture focused.
This, however, was just fantastic. Many of your sign choices had me squealing in delight, it was culturally accessible.... Really... Top notch! You're brillaint!

He's not making fun of Manson, he's getting into the characters that Manson is in. Let me explain. Would this person does a good job signing to this song in Preppy clothes? Cowboy clothes? The answer is no. He's trying to be similar to him to fit right in with the song and the person music personality. If that make sense.
