when will passengers of offending hit and run cars be required to call 911 to help save the victims. Where are the police on calling for such a law? Every year nearly 1000 innocent people are killed by hit and run drivers and another 18,000 are injured , left to die, but somehow survive. we need Steven's Law.

What country do you live in. In Australia if you get invloved in an accident not even that serious. You have to at least exchange driver deatils with each driver. Or stop and ring 000 if need be.
