Perception - The reality beyond matter
Uploaded by: Integr8
Video Description:
Since so many facts get updated these days, I one day found myself wondering... What is "reality"? Is matter all that is real?
That might seem like a silly question given how we use our senses to interact with 'reality' everyday, but I have since arrived at ideas which I am comfortable with regarding these questions (although Im still curious). So heres some questions to play with - play nicely :-)
If I had to point to where my idea or concept of reality is maintained, Id be pointing to my head - how about you?
Is all this environmental information just vibrational energies which are presented to our body and then decoded to form a perception in the brain according to our programs and patterns? ie: Do we subconsciously 'read' or filter this data then build an experience that seems real?
Can I get outside of my experience to prove anything is fact or real, or is reality bound to ones experience like the fabric to the shirt?
What of the realities I have when I dream, - my body still responds as if they are real, so what is reality?
If I am not the cause (creator) of my experience; the director of my focus of attention on some level whether awake or asleep, am I controlled by something else?
And if I am completely controlled by something other than me, what then is the purpose of my life?
I wish you all - many pleasant realities.
Pete.

This video is more than interesting!
It could have had a little more clarification. But it still speaks truth!
Note: External matter will always be non-existent when you are DEAD. It is when you are alive by the grace of God that you interact and experience the "electrical impulses"
All I have to say, "It is Amazing! Glory be to God in the Highest!" Because no scientist can explain, who this watcher really is
It must be God(soul). For no house is built without a builder!
INDEED THE ILLUSION OF LIFE IS SO STRONG AND SO REAL, THAT IT IS HARD FOR MANY TO ACCEPT THIS TEACHING
IF ONLY THEY CAN FIND GOD WITHIN, BUT THEY CHOOSE TO BELIEVE A LIE
But this does not mean that we shouldn't look within ourselves for God. We perceive and interact with these things for a reason! That's why you can not "think away" some things.
All things are from the electrical impulse in the back of our brains... and the cause of that spark is no other but God
Peace
Life is like a dream, but it is still reality. It is just incomplete!
where does all things come from?
God!
If you go against your body and all things that God has destined you to experience, how will you ever find salvation. Your life has its purpose and meaning, Wieied, and that purpose and meaning is found in just living!
Yes, perception comes from God... and is illusive compared to God. Don't get attached to any thing in life... not even a car or thought...
Peace
How is it that stimulus is still external without you being conscious of it???
If there was no "first-electrical signal" or primary internal stimuli to trigger all other electrical signals, you wouldn't know what external is! so...
Reality and stimulus must be internal... and people and things (a part of us) influence us out of our control, because God has predestined it
In your reasoing it is either you arrive at the Source of all this, God; or you get lost in matrix
Agreed...
It could have been better. But the teaching of this illusive or incomplete world, compared to our divine natures is the supreme truth.
You should study more into it
Peace
rauolduke, the video did not mention about karma (consequences). Although life is a perceptual illusion, you can't just do anything without reaping the consequences!
You may reason then- Life is not an illusion if it has no consequences
But wait a minute! When buddhists, vedantist, or the ancients speak of an illusion, they are not talking about make-believe. Rather, by illusion, we mean, "not the complete truth of things as they are"
If you kill, you only hurt yourself
There is a difference between Matrix in the movie and the MATRIX Buddhists and others talk about:
Matrix refers to this life...
The movie interpretation deals with fighting the Matrix with violence.. But the Buddhists and Vedantists way of dealing with the Matrix, deals with "fighting" the Matrix by working with it.. There is no violence- There is only awareness, humility and love
The Matrix (this life) helps one to look within themselves and find its Source, God
The greatest deception and illusion that has caused so much suffering in the world, is the false perception of "I" or "Me"
You are not just this body and mind!
Get rid of this "Me" this "I can almost feel the life being sucked out of me and its not fair" and see it for what it really is, and you will begin to find true peace and happiness
There you will find no hate and no attachment to anything, but God-essence. And yes, compared to God, all things will be an illusion to you

IF ONLY THEY CAN FIND GOD WITHIN, BUT THEY CHOOSE TO BELIEVE A LIE
