If Foley had been a Democrat he would have told the press to kiss his ass and replied that the page was a consenting adult. And he would not have resigned. And his liberal district would have re-elected him five times. Don't laugh. The above scenario actually occured back in 1983. The congressman was Gerry Studds from Massachussets. Why don't the actors above defend Foley? Could it be because he is not a Democrat?
