Let's think about this, shall we? Since there were camera's outside the car in place filming the 'victims', and since the last victim was on a wireless mic, I'm thinking that they were all in on it. That is just me.
If they weren't in on this prank, what losers the pranksters are! I've been the victim of a drive by very strong water gun, and it hurt my eye and my feelings. I was just out walking my dog!
