no president is prepared for war. anybody that gets into office just hopes that nothing catastrophic like that will happen, but when something like that does happen a man can only do his best, he aint God. and u cant blame bush for the financial crisis either, he cant control the loans that banks give. and he didnt deliver the bailout plan the congress did. so stop blaming bushfor no reason.

The President is suposed to be prepared for war that's why he is the Commander in Cheif. He started the Iraq war based on extremely shotty evidence that Sadam appereantly had WMDs, even though most of his cabinet said they were not there. Iran was more of a threat considering that they knew they had acess to materials used to make nuclear weapons, and Iraq didn't. Bush got us into a Trillion dollar war based on a lie that Iraq had something to do with 9/11. I'm not blaming Bush for the bailout.
