I love horses, I love to ride. I'm currently learning my dream; which is to be a show jumper. <33 Riding is definately not wasy, but if you have the passion for horses, it's definately not super hard either. I mean, how can you think doing what you love is difficult? Oxymoron anyone?

i've been riding for 7 yrs and only jump 2'6.. but its so hard... i just started riding a 17.2 hh mare... i want to start doing eventing but before i have to learn dressage... i love love love cross country especially banks they are soooo fun!!!! a few months ago me and my friend went to this place called bucks and after we were basically done we started jumping cross country!! but for awhile like 6 months i stopped taking lessons.. and i just started taking them again but on the mare..

she's scary though. this one girl was practing for her B-rating and claudia the mare.. reared up and flipped over... we don't know what happened there's a million story's one of them is that claudia refused and reared up and the girl pulled on her mouth so hard it caused her to flip over. then there's another one which i believe knowing the girl. she overworked claudia and claudia decided the girl was going to get off of her one way or another and knowing the girl and how she worked her horse...

They seem to be built for it, well some of them anyway. If jumping wasn't good for horses they wouldn't make it such a big event. I think horses like it otherwise they would completely refuse. My horse used to refuse until he went over it nicely.. Now he gets too over excited & it hurts to control him and he flies over them lol x
