I don't have a engineering degree but I am smart enough to know that if you put 11,489 gallons of extreme octane jet fuel on 1/10 of an acres filled with office furniture, carpet, mounds of papers and other flammable materials you will get one hell of a fire. We had a small steel building burn with pallets and cardboard and paper packaging materials like plastic lined dog food sized bags. It twisted and bent that building beyond recognition.
