Doctors gave me intramuscular Tercian and zyprexa one year ago, I was in the hospital, I couldn't get up of my bed, they had to put a chair in the shower if I wanted to wash, I thought the building was 500 meters high, I couldn't do anything but wait in my bed and feel a kind of physical pain, reasonings and personality annihilated. Legal drugs are the worst in the world: made to earn money, make people addicts and burry them in their diseases. My treatment lasted 10 months. I'm 18.

That's a very long story. Ever since I was very young, I remember my mother not being able to handle her anger. She would yell and scream all night and sometimes get violent. One time she threw an iron at my dad and other times she would beat me (I was afraid she'd kill me.). My father told me these "spells", as he called them, came on after times when she was so anxious about things that she couldn't sleep. I was never violent, but at age 27 I did get delusional after not sleeping.

that's flattering and I appreciate the thought but it's a good question
I had several advantages. For starters I went on and off them when I was young @ 14. The lasting brain damage starts around the first year give or take. I was on them for 6 months.
A developing brain has tremendous neuroplasticity and can grow new connections
In addition I am a compulsive reader and a long time practitioner of meditation. Reading gives you books smarts, trivia knowledge and meditation brings some wisdom

Thank you for this video. I don't like taking any kind of medication, but especially these psychiatric medications. I have been taking Lexapro and Lamictal for a couple of months now, and I'm starting to feel foggy-headed, more anxious, etc. I'm going to talk with my pdoc about this.
BTW, putting children on psych. meds is OUTRAGEOUS!! I wouldn't do that to any child, yet some parents choose this. It's like saying, "I will give you this pill so that you will finally shut up." UGHHHH!!!

oh my GOD...abilify FUCKED me UP, i cannot even begin to express how much i resented that drug, i felt like it was beating the shit out of my brain, it made me aggressive, agitated, aggravated, frustrated, irritated, you name it. a week or so after i stopped taking it, i was close to myself again.

I am very sorry to hear that. I infuriates me to see Abilify marketed to women for depression. When you are depressed that last thing you want is iatrogenic brain damage.

Yep...im starting to agree with you Jane. When i was first diagnosed with bipolar disorder (with psychosis) 6 months ago, I saw your videos and thought you were crazy.
My doctor was giving me Lithium and Trilafon.
Trilafon/Perphenazine WAS a poison. I could feel it destroying my brain and it WOULDNT allow me to pray (similar to your video). I quit taking perphenazine three days ago and have not had any psychosis.

It decreases cognitive and sexual function, causes tardive dyskinesia, and doesnt serve any function. Im soon off the hospital.

I have a quick question for you. I quit taking perphenazine and everything has been perfect....again ITS poison. (not even sure why this drug is legal). Psychotrist should be forced to take the drugs they prescribe.
Im still taking Lithium. Have you seen or heard about any brain damage Lithium can cause? So far...it seems to be a fairly natural drug...to me.
What do you think about Lithium?

I was forced to take lithium. I am a naturally passionate person. lithium turned off the colors of emotions. when my mother gave me up and turned me over to the state in court I should have been upset. I should have laughed or cried or been angry or betrayed. Instead I felt nothing. Years later I had to process that life event undrugged. I had very little emotion for anything.

What makes us human is our feelings and passions. When life sucks, you are supposed to be depressed. When life persecutes you, you are supposed to get suicidal. It's natural. You are supposed to laugh at funny things and cry at sad things. Lithium interferes with that and to me that made me only half alive which really was worse than death.

unfortunately lithium works somehow. to this day you will not find one scientist or patient that can satisfactorily explain what exactly lithium does to your body that screws with your emotions.
water is perfectly natural and too much of or too little of it will kill you.
long term side effects of lithium include irreversible renal damage and hypothyroidism.
it just takes and takes from you and gives nothing in return

this is a discussion about antipsychotics and their proven damaging effects on the brain and hence the entire mind-body being. I don't care what the DX is why the RX was. neuroleptics are bane and should not be used by any living being. Right now they are used as cruel and unusual punishment for the crime of mental illness
