I love Durdle Door, especially the far end where it's more sandy. My uncle owns a shop and a kiosk at Lulworth Cove, so I go down pretty often :)

Fair play to you for being down there in that weather. Those rocks on Man Of War Bay in the first cut are getting covered by water. If anyone has ever been there, then they will know just how high these rocks are!

Blinder - I used to go down there a couple of times a year for the good storms. There would always be a group of three or four people huddled above the Stair Hole at Lulworth, grinning at each other. Total strangers, but all fans of mad weather.

Was there wednesday & friday of last week. It was beautiful, could be mistaken for a greek island. Didn't enjoy the long, long & very steep walk to get to it though!!!
