By the way, for all you Europeans out there, I am taking Chemistry Honors and Trigometry/Precalculus, along with Spanish 3 and Honors 5 Chinese. I am 15. Some of my friends are taking College multivariable Calculus at the local college. I guess my area is not that "stupid."

It's all b.s. First of all, that is not one of America's best public schools. Maybe it tests well, that doesn't mean the school is great. There's infinite variables in that, and attitude in the classroom is not an example intelligence. I got in trouble all the time and still had a 4.0.
They took a camera for national television into a H.S. classroom and the kids were distracted. NO SHIT! THEY'RE 16! They probably went home and said "hey mom, I'm gonna' be on tv."

He keeps giving examples of schools doing well, like the alternative school, who spend less per child. YOU CAN DO THAT WITH SMALL CLASS SIZES! You can't do that with 30-40 kids in a class. We need more teachers and more parents who actually expect something from their children. An average school with parents who are involved in their children's life will consistently produce well above average students.
