Looks like a Leopold or even a bigger one. They were good siege weapons but too slow to move or easily targeted by aircraft in the WWII. Still they were used extensively in WWI by all sides with success. Years ago Saddam Hussein wanted to build some before the Gulf War.

This gun is called the Schwerer Gustav 800 mm railway gun. The Leopold was a K5 320 mm railway gun. Saddam Hussein did actually make a few prototypes and examples of these superguns, called Project Babylon. These guns were never put into service and most of them were scrapped.
