Reich wouldn't rule for long anyway, the military production and manpower in USA and USSR won't have allowed this, Germany was dwarfed by these two colossuses when they took it seriously, from 1942 or so. During the Cold War this was apparent, the whole Europe militarily was a small quantity compared to USA and USSR.

Germany had no colonies such as England and USA possessed and he wanted Germans to learn from those nations how to subjugate the weaker nations. Hitler also admired the USA political leaders such as Teddy Roosevelt who carried out genocide against the native indians and stole their land.
