Eyederrick is correct. And many scholars have noted that those who relish in combat are the ones who have never fought in it.
I have long see the hypocrisy in what I do; which has put me at odds with my deep feelings of admiration for our "Greatest Generation" on the one hand and the fact that I'm just dressing up and pretending to be brave on the other hand.

Somewhere between $700-900, depending what impression you want to build. This is Normandy, most expensive by far thanks to all the different accesories(if you want to call them that lol) that they wore on the drop.

I'm 14,once I get a job and save enough the first thing I buy is my Impresssion.I live just North of Pennsylvania in New York,just about two hours from the Penn. NY border.I think you can join when your sixteen up here,so thats why I'm getting my stuff asap,but I'm not sure if there are any 101st groups up here,and if they are,their age limit to join

Im envious, but dam proud that reenactors can keep the history and story of a great unit like the 101 alive and kicken! As a collector I have and have seen a great deal of the original WW2 equipment that was used by the paratroopers of WW2, although I dont have a complete combat grouping like almost all of these guys do I wish I did!

at 16 I believe you play a roll of a non combatant (ammo runner, medic, engineer etc etc.) once you are 18 you will be allowed to fire but until then I believe thats the rule that most units follow
