OLD news and it was also reported in several news outlets in 2002.
Sorry but informed people know OBL was dead years ago. Those who still don't know probably never will. In fact it was among others a MOSSAD chief who reported the fact in Haaretz in Israel among others as I recall. Israel actually gets much more truthful reporting about its own abuses and the Middle east news than the USA. The sheep live in the USA and must be kept dumb.

Good question. I personally have only seen judge Napolitano once on Fox as he has very limited voice. He probably has a contract and because he is unapproachable in his knowledge of Constitutional law would be very hard to get rid of.

The whole blackberry bit is somewhat ridiculous. The on/off switch is a sort of circuit breaker to keep your battery from drying out. If the button is off no juice flows to the rest of the phone NSA or no NSA. If the phone is on already then it could act on received commands like a certain software que to turn on the microphone
So , switch if off and you can talk safely
