to answer your ponder, no, you cannot own this in England.
England effectively banned firearms a while back, essentially you can only have manually operated longarms, pump action, bolt action etc and only with certain conditions.
If i were you i'd still get what you can. perhaps a lee enfield, etc
the less guns citizens have, the less they'll be able to have in the future.
