now we have had major wars with iraq- twice!~ vietnam, korea, etc or the 9/11 attack created by the government against your own people...the killing hasn't stopped it is still there on a large scale just spread out more.. they cant use nukes but they have convenional weapons now that are almost as powerful anyway and kill as effectively without fallout like a neutron bomb. nukes are obsolete
