I know this is a classic, but I prefered Johnny Depp's interpretation of the character. Gene was great at the time, but since the remake he doesn't to be "weird" enough for Wonka. I love the songs in this though.

Well, Johnny Depp' is a good actor, but he can't or never live up to this great movie. Plus the Oompa Loompas had songs that not only were great, but they good values behind them. I'm a teen whose supposed to think this is a corny film, and I love it.
